Recipe 3: Squid patties in the oven under cheese

The recipe for unusual and very juicy squid cutlets, which are prepared in two stages. You need hard cheese.

Ingredients

• 0.7 kg squid;

• 1 onion;

• 1 egg;

• 2 tablespoons of semolina;

• spices;

• butter;

• dill;

• 100 grams of cheese;

• flour for breading;

• 1-2 tomatoes.

Cooking

1. Twist the squid with onion in a meat grinder twice. Add semolina, spices, egg, stir and let stand for about ten minutes, while preparing the rest of the ingredients.

2. We chop several branches of dill, cut the tomato into thin rings and rub the cheese with medium chips.

• 0.4 kg squid;

• 0.3 kg of sticks;

• 2 eggs;

• 2 tablespoons sour cream;

• 2 tablespoons of starch;

• 1 onion;

1. Peel the squid carcasses, rinse and cut into small cubes.

2. Add to them chopped crab sticks and chopped onions. The head must be crushed very finely, otherwise the pieces will crackle.

3. Add sour cream and starch. Drive eggs, put spices and stir. It should turn out a lot, as for fritters. Let her brew for half an hour in the refrigerator.

4. Heat the oil, put the cutlet in it with a spoon and fry until rosy. Such cutlets can be served with side dishes, made for breakfast or put on sandwiches. It turns out tasty and a lot.

Recipe 6: Squid and Fish Cutlets (Pollock)

To prepare such squid cutlets, you will also need pollock fillet. But you can take any other fish, including river. Or use already twisted stuffing.

Ingredients

• 0.4 kg of peeled squid;

• 0.4 kg fillet of pollock;

• 150 ml of milk;

• 4 slices of bread;

• 2 onion heads;

• 2 cloves of garlic;

• spices;

• breadcrumbs;

• for frying oil.

Cooking

1. Slices of bread immediately pour milk. Let them swell for now.

2. We clean the onion heads, cut into several pieces.

3. Also cut into slices of pollock fillet and squid carcasses.

• 0.3 kg squid;

• 0.3 kg of chicken;

• 0.05 kg of butter;

• 2 onions;

• 1 egg;

• 2 tablespoons of semolina;

• crackers (flour possible);

1. Butter immediately cut into cubes of 5 grams and sent to the freezer.

2. Twist the chicken with chopped onions and peeled squid.
