A cupcake is a delicious and energetically valuable pastry, so a good cupcake can perfectly complement breakfast and maintain strength throughout the day if there is no way to fully eat.
But for the same reason, cake is not the most suitable food for those who want to lose weight.

Cupcake with apples - general principles
Fat (vegetable or butter) is necessarily included in the dough for the cake, if it is a sweet cake (because there are also unsweetened, cheese, for example) - there is a sufficient amount of sugar, usually also eggs. To make the dough rise better, use a baking powder and soda, which should be extinguished with lemon juice or vinegar.
You can bake a large cupcake with apples, or you can prefer small, portioned ones. Then the dish will cook faster. There are various express microwave recipes.
Baking apples are best chosen with dense pulp, such as Granny, Bogatyr or Semerenko. They will not disperse too quickly. When preparing muffins with apples, the peel from the fruit must be peeled off, and the flesh should be grated or finely chopped, depending on the recipe.
The flour must be sieved during cooking. In wheat flour, you can add semolina, a little (up to one fifth of the volume) of rye or oat flour, which will significantly enrich a cupcake with apples with valuable nutrients. Buckwheat flour is also very useful, but has a pronounced taste, which will be noticeable. If this does not bother you, replace a small portion of buckwheat wheat flour.
The dough for the cake with apples is quite liquid, it is poured into molds. Previously, the forms should be lightly greased with oil and sprinkled with something: crackers, semolina. If the finished cupcake does not want to get out of the mold, turn it over and place a towel soaked in cold water on the bottom.
To avoid problems, lubricate the form thoroughly, generously sprinkle it with semolina. Better yet, use silicone or just paper molds to make a cupcake with apples.
Recipe 1. Cupcakes with apples and cranberries
This cake with apples is best prepared in large form, then cranberries will be visible on the cut, which will give the product an aesthetic appearance.

Kefir (can be replaced with drinking yogurt with berry or apple flavor) - 450 ml (small bottle)
Butter - 100 g
Baking powder - 3 small spoons
Apples - 3 fairly large
Frozen cranberries - approximately 150 g

Pour semolina mixed with granulated sugar with kefir (or yogurt) and mix thoroughly. Leave to swell for at least an hour.
Meanwhile, the washed and peeled apples should be grated coarsely enough, thaw cranberries, rinsing them beforehand, and melt the butter.
Put melted butter in the swollen semolina and begin to beat the mixture with a mixer. One by one to beat in the eggs, without ceasing to beat, and then little by little also the flour mixed with the baking powder. When the dough becomes uniform and lush, carefully mix grated apples and cranberries into it.
Put the resulting dough in a suitable form, coated with oil and sprinkled with semolina so as to fill it in two-thirds of the volume, and put in the oven, which must be preheated to 180 degrees. Bake a cupcake for approximately 40 minutes, checking readiness with a speck.
Recipe 2. "Quick" muffin with apples in the microwave
This apple muffin will be an excellent breakfast for children, as it is tasty, satisfying and can be cooked in literally 15 minutes. From the specified number of products, four cupcakes of medium size will be obtained. However, it depends on the volume of molds. The main thing is that they should be filled only until the middle, since during the preparation process the dough will increase in volume.
Ingredients
Flour - 8 tablespoons
Vegetable oil - 100 ml and another tablespoon
Starch - 1 tablespoon
Eggs - 2 pieces
Apple - one large or 2 medium
Milk - 100 ml
Sugar - 6 tablespoons

Oat flakes (if desired, you can take not oatmeal, but multi-grain) - 1.5 cups
Rye flour - 100 g
Apples - 3 pieces
Kefir - one and a half glasses
Liquid Honey - Full 3 Tbsp

Such a cupcake with apples can be prepared during fasting or if you do not eat animal products.

Water or juice - 1 cup

In a cupcake with apples, you can add raisins, as well as dried cranberries, cherries, candied fruits. Before adding to the dough, raisins must be sprinkled with flour. To do this, pour a spoonful of flour into a bowl with raisins and shake the bowl until the raisins are covered with an even layer of flour. This is done to better "stick" raisins into the dough.
It is convenient to use a mixer to prepare the dough. However, not if you need to mix whipped proteins or beaten egg mixture in a mixture with flour. In this case, in order not to damage the structure of the dough, you need to use a spatula, which gently mix the dough from the bottom up.
