Milk Thistle Tea

Milk thistle is part of the hepatoprotectors, which are sold in pharmacies. This medicinal plant helps to remove pain in the liver for half an hour.

Components:

crushed milk thistle seed ─1.h.

purified water ─ 1 st.

Pour boiling water over the seed and leave for 20 minutes, then strain. You can drink during the day and before bedtime.

Ginger tea with lemon

grated root of ginger ─ 1/2 tsp.

lemon juice ─ 2 tsp

purified water ─500 ml.

Heat the water to 50-60C, add ginger and lemon juice. Insist 5-10 minutes.

Oatmeal drink

oat flakes (not instant cooking) ─ 1 tablespoon

purified water ─ 1 tbsp.

cinnamon powder ─ 1/2 tsp

In the morning, soak the oatmeal in water, drink before bedtime, adding cinnamon.

Traditional chamomile tea

Components:

chamomile flowers ─ 1 tsp

purified water ─ 250 ml

Boil water and add chamomile. Wait 5-10 minutes and strain.

Mix warm water with lemon juice.
