Ingredients

- 1 large lemon
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of gelatin
- 2 glasses of water
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
- Vanilla sugar or vanillin
- A sprig of lemongrass (optional)

Cooking method

1. Thoroughly rinse the lemon with a brush under running water. Cut into two halves.
2. Remove the zest with a vegetable grater. When falling into dessert, the zest gives an unpleasant bitterness.
3. Squeeze juice out of each half of the lemon. Using a juicer or a fork.
4. We put on the stove a pan with two glasses of water.
5. Add 3 tablespoons of sugar, vanillin, a sprig of lemongrass to the water. Let it boil for 5 minutes. You can add a small pinch of zest.
6. Pour gelatin into a glass cup. Pour with three tablespoons of hot water. Leave for swelling.
7. Remove the pan from the heat. Let cool a bit.
8. Gradually, inject gelatin, stirring constantly.
9. Add lemon juice to the gelatin liquid.
10. Thoroughly mix and put in the refrigerator for solidification.

In 3-4 hours, Lemon Jelly will be ready!

Lemon Jelly Cake

Exceptional citrus flavored cake. Variegated bright yellow with fruit covered with lemon jelly. Appetizing in appearance, it has a sweet and sour taste. Very easy and quick to prepare, requires minimal cost. It perfectly complements the festive table, or is suitable as a birthday present for a birthday person.

Ingredients

- 1 kg. biscuits (baked or baked milk)
- 2 pcs. lemon
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 50 ml, cream
- 1 pack of ready-made lemon jelly or made from lemon juice
- fruits for decoration

Cooking method

1. Prepare a baking sheet, covering it with parchment paper. Grease with butter.

- 6 lemons

- 500 gr. Sahara

The way to make liquor

1. Rinse the lemons well. Remove the zest with a knife.
2. Put the zest in a three-liter jar and add vodka. Leave to insist exactly two weeks.
3. Filter the finished tincture through a sieve or gauze. Squeeze the zest.
4. Place a pot of water on the stove. Add sugar. Boil. Cook for 7 minutes, remove the white foam.
5. Cool to room temperature.
6. Mix the syrup with the lemon setting. To bottle.
7. Insist another 7 days.
After the required time, the liquor is ready to drink!

- 1 glass of Limoncello liqueur
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of water
- 10 gr. gelatin
