The product in the morning boils over medium heat for 10 minutes, then filtered. The drink is consumed 5 times a day, 150 ml for a week, then a break is taken.

You need 2 tablespoons of the plant pour 150 ml of water and put the container on a slow fire, boil in half. While the infusion will cool, pork fat (5 tablespoons) is melted. When everything is ready, the components are mixed and held for another 15 minutes in a water bath. The resulting ointment should be rubbed into the scalp to achieve a better result 2 times a week, each time left for 15-20 minutes.

3. Cream for strengthening and nourishing curls. 3 tablespoons of burdock root are poured into 600 ml of water and boiled over low heat for 20 minutes. When the broth cools down, it is well filtered. Sea buckthorn oil (5 tablespoons) is added to the remaining liquid. The mixture is whisked until a homogeneous mass is formed. The cream is rubbed into the scalp and distributed over the entire length of the hair, washed off after 20 minutes. The procedure is recommended to be repeated several times a week. With regular use of the cream, the hair will become stronger, stronger, gain a pleasant shine and volume.

Oil made from burdock is very good for hair, but in pharmacies is quite expensive. It is best to prepare the product at home, especially since it is completely not difficult.
