Tender minced meatballs - basic principles of preparation

Add onion to the minced meat. It is first peeled and finely chopped. To make the cutlets more tender, it is better to fry the onions in advance in a pan. But you can also chop fresh in a meat grinder or blender.

To add tenderness, minced cereal is also added to the minced meat - oatmeal. And of course, a loaf or bread soaked in milk will not hurt.

So that the cutlets do not fall apart and are well formed, an egg is hammered into the meat. Different recipes also add flour, starch, breadcrumbs.

For a variety of tastes of tender cutlets, you can also add potatoes, zucchini, garlic, mayonnaise, sour cream, butter, cheese or greens to the minced meat. It all depends on the selected recipe and your taste.

Ingredients:

• Minced chicken (six hundred grams);

• Three eggs (C2);

• Mayonnaise - sixty grams;

• Onion;

• Cheese - 100 gr;

• Fresh greens, seasonings.

Cooking method:
