Ingredients

green tomatoes - 4 pcs .;

half a cup of flour and buttermilk;

1. For frying it is better to take tomatoes with a slightly pink shade. Wash the tomatoes under the tap and wipe with a napkin. Place on a board and cut into half centimeters thick rings.
