Cooking a waffle cake is not difficult. But to cook it deliciously, there is another question. Therefore, despite the simplicity of the recipe, we decided to shoot everything in detail so that there are no questions left.

Separately, we want to talk about add-ons:

Nuts. You can add any nuts to the cream - walnuts, cashews or peanuts, and others. The main thing is to dry and peel them a little. Then you need to chop the nuts - with a knife or in the mixer bowl.

Various fruits. Bananas are best, as they will not let the juice go. But other types of fruits are also suitable.

Other additives may be in the form of dried fruits or coconut.

And also a few words about the cream:

Jam. Yes, yes it is homemade jam that you have prepared yourself or your beloved grandmother handed over to you. This option cream can be called super-economical. But the cake is very tasty. The main thing is that the jam is not very liquid.

Custard. It will be necessary to add oil to it. Cake with such a cream will be very tender.

Curd cream. Such a cream should not be applied in a thick layer, but the cake will turn out delicious.

Ingredients:

Waffle cake - 1 pack (9 pcs.);

Boiled condensed milk - 1 can (400 g);

Sour cream - 3 tbsp. l

Oil - 200 g;

Recipe:

To cook condensed milk (if you suddenly did not find it on store shelves), you only need a pot and water. Put a can of condensed milk in cold water and put on gas. Bring water to a boil, reduce gas and cook for 1-1.5 hours. At the end of time, allow the jar to cool directly in the water. All boiled condensed milk is ready.

For those who have found boiled condensed milk, the recipe is just beginning. Combine all the condensed milk and sour cream with softened butter.

Mix well so that the mass is homogeneous. Lumps (as we have in the photo) may come across in the cream, which means the oil has not softened enough.

Take one cake and grease it with a thin layer. But also not very thick. Then put the second cake on the first and again grease it with cream.

So collect the whole cake. You can leave one cake to make crumbs - break it and sprinkle cake.

We poured the finished cake with melted chocolate. We hide the cake in the refrigerator for a couple of hours so that it is saturated with cream.
