Sometimes there are situations when guests are on the doorstep, you have already prepared almost all the dishes, but there is not enough time for dessert. In this case, you can make a cookie cake in minutes.

Cake biscuits "Fish" without baking - the basic principles of preparation

To prepare this simple dessert, it’s enough to have “Rybka” cookies, sour-milk products or condensed milk on hand. In addition, you can use gelatin, fruits or berries.

All that is needed is to prepare a cream, add cookies to it, mix, put in a mold and stand for a couple of hours in the refrigerator to set the cream.

The cream can be any: sour cream, creamy, curd or custard. The main thing is that the products from which it will be prepared are fresh. The cream should not be too liquid, so gelatin is often added to sour cream.

You can experiment by adding fruits, berries, nuts, or dried fruits to the cake. A dessert will be especially interesting if you add pieces of multi-colored jelly to it. For this, the jelly is diluted with water, poured on plates and left in the refrigerator until completely solidified. Then it is cut into arbitrary pieces, added to the total mass and gently mixed.

Decorate the cake with melted chocolate, or rub it with shavings. Dessert can be sprinkled with crushed nuts, almond petals or coconut.

Ingredients

300 g cookies "Fish";

half a pack of drain oil .;

two glasses of yogurt;

condensed milk - 0.6 cups;

400 g of cottage cheese.

Cooking method

In a deep bowl, combine sweet yogurt with half the condensed milk. Shake everything until smooth with a whisk. Add the "Fish" cookies to the yogut cream, mix and leave for half an hour.

Take two identical silicone molds. Mix the biscuits with cream in half and arrange them into shapes. Flatten and refrigerate for a while.

In a separate bowl, cut the soft butter and combine with the remaining condensed milk. Beat the cream with a mixer until smooth. Grind the cottage cheese into it. Continue mixing with a submersible blender until pasty.

300 g carrots;

dill greens - 30 g;

Cooking method

Wash carrots, peel and grind on a medium grater. Let the vegetable in vegetable oil in a saucepan until soft. We shift the carrots into a separate plate.
