English scientists in order to create low-fat "light chocolate" decided to add to it a product obtained from red and brown algae - agar-agar. Chocolate bubbles created from these algae will be saturated with fat replacing fibers. Attempts to create skim chocolate have already been made, but did not lead to the expected results - the delicacy was tasteless.

In this case, scientists created small vesicles based on jelly from agar-agar, which is an excellent natural means of suppressing appetite. In addition, agar-agar contains 80% of the fibers, which are able to quickly cause satiety in the sweet tooth.
