Ingredients

• 0.6-0.7 kilograms of flour;

• 3 eggs;

• 6 tablespoons of oil;

• 500 ml of milk;

• a pinch of salt;

• 10 g of ripper;

• 300 g of sugar;

• vanilla.

For the filling, 2-3 large apples. To process the mold a little oil.

Cooking

1. Add sugar and salt to the eggs, beat the mass until at least doubled in volume. This can be done quickly and easily with a mixer.

2. Add milk, stir.

3. Enter the flour. We add a cultivator and vanilla to it in advance. We stir the dough and in the process we introduce vegetable oil. We don’t add a lot, 6 spoons indicated in the recipe are enough.
