Many start their morning with a cup of coffee. Many people use this and throughout the day. However, according to the studies of American scientists, there are certain hours for better absorption of this invigorating drink.
Studies at Bethesda University of Health, Maryland, showed that between 9.30 and 11.30 in the morning, caffeine interacts better with cortisol, the hormone responsible for the body’s internal clock.

The fact is that the level of the hormone cortisol rises in the morning, immediately after waking up. This level lasts for nine hours, after which there is a sharp decrease. And then the body needs help, which can be provided with a small cup of coffee. If you drink this drink when the level of cortisol is still not high enough, then sensitivity to coffee is significantly reduced. This can explain why many people in order to finally wake up is not enough one cup of coffee.
