American Donuts - General Cooking Principles

For donuts, yeast dough is most often used. From it, the products are porous, lush, light. But there are accelerated recipes for rippers. One of them is a little lower.

Cooking

1. Pour kefir or another suitable drink into a bowl and leave it warm for half an hour.

2. Add soda, shake with a whisk.

3. It's time to break the egg, pour sugar, a little salt. Shake the whisk again.

4. Add flour with vegetable oil. You can pour vanilla on request.

5. Knead the usual dough, as for pies. In general, he does not need to stand, like a yeast dough. But it’s better to let half an hour lie down. This will make it more elastic, easy to use.

6. Sprinkle flour on the table, lay the dough and sprinkle on top.
